Be greeted my NIR peers

I've come to your boards in needing of your help. I know you're an example of the Good Players, with real values even if its just a game.

By scrolling the proposal forum, I noticed of an interesting proposal made by the GM Dragonas, which its supposed to restrict accounts with Permanent Final Warning to attack un-skulled players.

We are all aware that the current situation in game is not what we would like to play with and I guessed you'd find this proposal interesting as I did.

I'd rather go for an instant deletion but thats something that I doubt it could happen. So please if isnt too much to ask to comment on it if you like it or not and why you do, I'd appreciate it a lot.

Last, but no least I wish everbody its doing fine and if you're at Holidays hope just the best for you!
